Viewing learner and teacher information

Use the Members page to view information about your learners and teachers. To access it click the icon in the menu bar down the left side of the screen.

The page displays a list of all the people who have joined your school.

The most recently active person will be top of the list.

The page displays all the people in your school, if you to view just learners or just teachers, click on the relevant button in the bar near the top of the screen.

The list includes the following...

  1. Their name
  2. Their email address
  3. Details of the last action they took in the system
  4. Access to member's account settings

Looking at an individual's details

If you click on a person's name you will be taken to a screen displaying the details of their activity.

As the image shows, a new menu bar will appear with 2 main options on it.

The Articles option will be selected by default and this screen shows a list of titles that the learner has read, their progress through each as a percentage and details of when they last read each of them.

If you click on All actions you will see a list of all the actions that the learner has taken in the system.

When you want to return to the list of members, click Members again.

Managing members' account settings

If you click on the cog icon in the listing you will access the screen shown in the image.

You use this screen to change a member's status from being a learner to being a teacher.

Only Teachers can see and use your School account. Learners can only see and use the main app for reading and listening to stories and articles.

When people enrol with your institution they become Learners by default but you can make a member a teacher by following these steps...

  1. Find them in the Learner list
  2. Click on their name to access their individual details
  3. Click on the cog icon on the right hand side of the screen
  4. Change their role to Teacher using the drop down box
  5. Save changes.
  6. You can also remove a member from your school altogether by clicking Remove from school.

Requests & Invitations

If you click on the Pending button you can see the details of people you have sent invitations to and people who sent enrolment requests to you.

You can also use this this page to accept or decline these requests.
